FIG AND PECAN SALAD

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash and dry lettuces, and chop into bite size pieces. Toss with remaining salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients and dress the salad, or pass the dressing around the table.

INGREDIENTS

Salad:
  • 2 heads red leaf lettuce
  • 1 head radicchio
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried figs
  • 1/2 cup chopped crispy bacon
       Dressing:
      • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
      • 1/4 cup maple syrup
      • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
      • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
      • Salt and pepper
